Shipping policy

All orders are processed between 2-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), each product has a different processing time, so please check the relevant product for you.  The upholstered boxes have a longer lead time).

If you need your item in a shorter time frame, please email, as this may be possible.   Caroline@joyrevivaldesign.com

You will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

All shipping and orders may be subject to potential delays due to high volumes of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.  You will be informed of any delays if this is the case.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available within the Edinburgh area.

Deliveries are made between 10-5pm.  We will contact you to arrange a delivery day and time slot.
