This beautiful bag has been handmade in my Edinburgh studio using a combination of eco-friendly fabrics.
I strive to use planet-friendly products in my work, and this bag is no exception. I have sourced cork fabric for the base panel, and paired this with an upper section of gorgeous cotton African wax print fabric. The wipeable lining is made from recycled plastic bottles.
Cork is a sustainable material because it is a natural product and the harvesting of it does not harm the trees. Cotton is also a natural fibre.
